Moyra Charlton

Full name Yvonne Moyra Graham Charlton. Started writing at an extremely young age, her first books published when just a child of 11 or 12! The books have very nice illustrations and dust jackets. In my opinion however the lovely illustrations far outshine the slightly dull stories, and the books are perhaps collectable more for the Lionel Edwards connection than anything else! Of those I have read, Midnight Steeplechase is by far the best.

Moyra Charlton wrote a total of 9 books in all, including 4 pony books and a dog story called
Patch.
